Omnicom Media India has been appointed as the digital marketing partner for State Bank of India following a competitive pitch process, according to industry sources.
The mandate, estimated to be worth ₹250–260 crore, is understood to be among the largest digital media assignments in the banking sector.
As part of the engagement, the agency will drive SBI’s digital marketing strategy across platforms and audience segments. The appointment comes as the country’s largest lender continues to sharpen its digital-first approach and deepen customer engagement across markets.
Omnicom Media India is expected to leverage its data, technology and audience-planning capabilities, including platforms such as Omni and Acxiom, to support SBI’s evolving marketing and business objectives.
