Days after Jio Platforms’ landmark listing as India’s largest-ever IPO, Reliance Industries Executive Director Anant M. Ambani has credited the group’s employees for its historic achievements, saying their dedication, commitment and ability to turn ambitious goals into reality have been central to the group’s success. In a message to employees, Ambani announced a celebratory release of variable pay for Network18 employees.

In a message to the employees, Ambani said, “Today marks another historic milestone in the remarkable journey of Reliance. The listing of Jio Platforms has made history as the largest IPO India has ever seen. It is a moment of immense pride for every member of the Reliance family.”

“Jio aapne banaya,” he said, acknowledging the role of employees in building Jio and helping Reliance achieve new milestones across its businesses.

“Behind every record we create is the spirit of our people. Time and again, you have led from the front and turned bold dreams into reality. You have set new benchmarks and then surpassed them, across every area of our businesses. Today’s achievement belongs to each one of you. As we step into our 50th year and move towards this momentous milestone, I am delighted to share that a celebratory release of your Variable Pay will be credited to you today. The final payout will be made on completion of the performance year 2026–27, in line with the applicable guidelines,” said Ambani.

He added, “This is a heartfelt expression of our gratitude for everything you do. Reliance is what it is today because of your hard work, your commitment and your belief in our shared purpose. You are not just a part of Reliance. You are Reliance. Isha, Akash and I look forward to walking alongside you as we grow Reliance to even greater heights in the years ahead and take the dreams and vision of our grandfather under our Chairman to iconic levels which will do them proud.
