Anil K Pandit, Managing Partner – Data Strategy & Partnerships at Publicis Media India, is set to conclude his tenure with the organisation at the end of October 2026, following more than seven years with the group.
With over two decades of experience spanning digital advertising, programmatic, data strategy, marketing technology and AI, Pandit has held senior leadership responsibilities across media investment, data partnerships, addressability, privacy and technology-led marketing transformation.
"28th October marks the conclusion of my tenure, and I am currently evaluating the next chapter of my professional journey," Pandit told e4m.
During his tenure at Publicis Media, he was instrumental in advancing programmatic capabilities, data-led media strategies and technology innovation across brands and agency teams. Before joining Publicis Media, he held leadership positions at Omnicom Media Group and other digital and media organisations.
As he transitions from his current role, Pandit is expanding his work through ADVantage Insights, his independent industry knowledge and advisory platform. More recently, Pandit has also been developing AdCritIQ, an AI-powered, neuroscience-informed creative intelligence platform designed to help brands and agencies assess advertising creative before committing media investment.
The platform explores a question increasingly relevant to marketers: If media is optimised before every rupee is spent, why shouldn't creative be evaluated with similar rigour?
AdCritIQ uses AI-led creative diagnostics and predictive modelling to assess signals associated with attention, memory, brand linkage, response potential and platform suitability. It aims to help marketing teams identify creative risks, compare alternative executions and make more informed decisions before campaigns go live.
Speaking about the transition, Pandit said:"I have spent much of my career helping brands and agencies make better decisions about audiences, data, technology and media investments. One question has increasingly interested me: why do we spend so much effort optimising media, while the creative itself often enters the campaign with relatively limited predictive evaluation? That thinking led me to experiment with AdCritIQ.
ADVantage Insights, meanwhile, has become a space where I can question established practices, share what I am learning and turn some of those ideas into working frameworks and products. I want to continue building that bridge between industry experience, strategic thinking and practical innovation."
On his next professional move, Pandit added:"I am evaluating the next chapter of my career, particularly opportunities where I can bring together business leadership, data, AI, technology and advertising transformation. I remain very interested in building and leading capabilities at scale. At the same time, I intend to continue contributing to industry thinking and exploring new applications of AI through ADVantage Insights and initiatives such as AdCritIQ.
For me, these are not separate worlds. The most interesting leadership opportunities today are precisely where business strategy, technology and real-world execution come together."
