Isha Kapoor elevated to Senior Vice President at Propagate India

Isha Kapoor has been elevated to Senior Vice President at Propagate India, part of Publicis Groupe, effective October 2026. She was previously Vice President for three years, having joined in October 2023.

At Propagate India, Kapoor leads digital-first growth and integrated brand solutions for Indian and global clients, including Beiersdorf brands Nivea and Eucerin, Ferrero and Diageo. Her responsibilities include driving agency expansion, aligning creative, media and strategy with measurable business outcomes, and working with senior marketing leaders to address brand challenges through innovation, data and storytelling.

Before joining Propagate India, Kapoor was associated with Grapes, where she served as Vice President from April to September 2023 and as Senior Business Director from April 2021 to July 2023.

From December 2019 to April 2021, she was Business Head at WYP Worldwide, leading the agency’s digital business and driving integrated marketing initiatives for brands including Tanishq, Ajio, Future Generali, Rohan Builders, John Players and Nanhi Kali. She also led a team of more than 15 professionals across business, strategy, media and partnerships.

Kapoor spent over six years at Chimp&z Inc., holding roles including Digital Integration Lead, Business Director and Senior Business Manager between August 2013 and December 2019. During her tenure, she contributed to the agency’s expansion, helped establish its Gurugram branch and worked across creative, media, production, influencer marketing and SEO.

She began her career at Jack in the Box Worldwide, where she served as Business Manager from March to August 2013.

Kapoor’s elevation comes against the backdrop of her experience spanning digital marketing, integrated brand solutions, business development and agency growth across multiple client categories.
