Rusk Media has appointed media and entertainment lawyer Alok Shah as its new General Counsel.
Shah joins Rusk Media from ValueEdge Consultancy, the advisory firm he founded to provide legal and business counsel to clients in the media, entertainment, sports, and e-gaming sectors.
He brings more than 15 years of experience spanning legal, commercial, and business affairs across the media and entertainment landscape. Prior to founding ValueEdge Consultancy, he served as Head – Business Affairs at Loco, where he led content supply, commercial negotiations, budgeting, and operational matters.
Before Loco, Shah was Vice President and Head – Legal & Business Affairs at Only Much Louder (OML).
