We bring you a round up of the headlines making news this week

This week The Cannes Lions dominated headlines as we continue to look at the campaigns vying for the prestigious award. We also examined Ramadan ads and how effectively they marketed their offerings.

Another highlight of the week was the Vodafone- Idea Cellular merger. The company will now be known as Vodafone Idea Limited. This week we also saw Amitabh Bachchan land in hot water for his association with Horlicks.

As the week ended, we saw the appointment of Poonam Kaul as Marketing Director of Apple India, while Amit Doshi was promoted to the role of Chief Marketing Officer of Lenovo India.
