DB Corp receives request to reclassify 2 promoter group entities as public shareholders

DB Corp Ltd. has received requests from two promoter group entities seeking reclassification from the 'Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.
The requests, submitted on July 2, 2026, have been made by BEDR Realcon Private Limited and Diligent Pinkcity Center Private Limited under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company, both entities currently do not hold any shares in DB Corp, prompting their request for reclassification.
DB Corp said it will examine the requests in accordance with the applicable SEBI regulations before placing the proposal before its board of directors for consideration.
Subject to the board's approval, the company will initiate the process of seeking the necessary approvals from the stock exchanges for the proposed reclassification.
