Bright Outdoor Media posts 45% jump in H2 FY26 revenue over H1

  • Bright Outdoor Media Limited reported a revenue of Rs 90.52 crore for H2 FY26, a 44.8% increase from Rs 62.51 crore in H1 FY26 and a 30.2% rise from Rs 69.53 crore in H2 FY25.
  • The company's profit before tax for the half year was Rs 18.77 crore, up 38.3% sequentially and 44.8% year-on-year, while net profit increased to Rs 13.97 crore, reflecting a 38.7% rise from H1 FY26 and a 40.7% increase from H2 FY25.

Bright Outdoor Media Limited has reported, for the half year ended March 31, 2026 (H2 FY26), revenue from operations at Rs 90.52 crore, marking a 44.8% increase over Rs 62.51 crore reported in the previous half year ended September 30, 2025 (H1 FY26). 

On a year-on-year basis, revenue rose 30.2% from Rs 69.53 crore in H2 FY25.

Total revenue for H2 FY26 came in at Rs 92.12 crore, up 45.4% sequentially from Rs 63.31 crore and 30.9% higher than Rs 70.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Profit before tax (PBT) for the March-ended half year stood at Rs 18.77 crore, growing 38.3% sequentially from Rs 13.57 crore and 44.8% year-on-year from Rs 12.97 crore.

Net profit for H2 FY26 rose to Rs 13.97 crore, registering a 38.7% increase over Rs 10.08 crore in H1 FY26 and a 40.7% rise from Rs 9.93 crore in H2 FY25.

Segment-wise, revenue from sale of advertising services during H2 FY26 stood at Rs 84.76 crore, up 37% year-on-year from Rs 68.74 crore and 37% higher sequentially compared to Rs 61.86 crore in H1 FY26.

Revenue from the real estate segment surged to Rs 5.76 crore in H2 FY26 from Rs 0.65 crore in the preceding half year and Rs 0.79 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 153.03 crore, up 20.7% from Rs 126.75 crore in FY25.

Total revenue increased 21.4% year-on-year to Rs 155.43 crore compared to Rs 128.05 crore in the previous fiscal.

PBT for FY26 stood at Rs 32.35 crore, reflecting a 28.4% increase from Rs 25.18 crore in FY25.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 24.05 crore for FY26, up 26.1% from Rs 19.07 crore reported in the previous year.

On the segment front, annual revenue from advertising services rose 16.9% to Rs 146.62 crore in FY26 from Rs 125.40 crore in FY25.

Revenue from the real estate segment jumped nearly 377% year-on-year to Rs 6.41 crore compared to Rs 1.34 crore in the previous fiscal.

Total expenses during FY26 rose 19.7% to Rs 123.08 crore from Rs 102.86 crore in FY25, while direct and related expenses increased 17.7% to Rs 105.59 crore from Rs 89.72 crore a year earlier.
