  • NDTV reported a 16.5% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations for Q4 FY26, totaling Rs 147.96 crore, but a 1.6% decline from the previous quarter.
  • Total income for the quarter rose 17.4% year-on-year to Rs 150.55 crore, though it decreased 1.1% sequentially.
  • The company experienced a net loss of Rs 98.57 crore in Q4 FY26, a 59% increase from Rs 61.97 crore in the same quarter last year, and a 22.8% increase from the previous quarter's loss.
  • For the full fiscal year, consolidated revenue grew 13.6% to Rs 528.29 crore, but net losses expanded to Rs 323.16 crore, a 48.2% increase from FY25.

NDTV reported a mixed set of consolidated numbers for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with revenue growth remaining healthy on a year-on-year basis but losses widening both sequentially and annually.

For the fourth quarter of FY26, revenue from operations stood at Rs 147.96 crore, up 16.5 per cent from Rs 127.05 crore in the same quarter last year. However, on a sequential basis, revenue slipped 1.6 per cent from Rs 150.41 crore reported in the December quarter.

Total income for the quarter came in at Rs 150.55 crore, marking a 17.4 per cent increase year-on-year compared to Rs 128.24 crore. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, it declined 1.1 per cent from Rs 152.22 crore.

The company’s profitability remained under pressure. NDTV reported a net loss of Rs 98.57 crore in Q4 FY26, significantly higher than the Rs 61.97 crore loss recorded a year ago, reflecting a widening of about 59 per cent. Sequentially, losses also deepened by 22.8 per cent from Rs 80.25 crore in Q3 FY26.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, NDTV’s consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 528.29 crore, up 13.6 per cent from Rs 465.03 crore in FY25. Total income for the year stood at Rs 540.32 crore, registering a 14.4 per cent increase over Rs 472.18 crore in the previous year.

Despite the topline growth, annual losses expanded sharply. The company reported a net loss of Rs 323.16 crore for FY26, compared to Rs 218.01 crore in FY25, a widening of approximately 48.2 per cent.

The results indicate that while NDTV is seeing steady revenue traction, cost pressures continue to weigh on profitability, leading to a sharp expansion in losses both for the quarter and the full year.
