Rahul Vaidyanathan Appointed Communication Director at GE Aerospace India

Rahul Vaidyanathan has joined GE Aerospace as Communication Director, India. He announced the move in a LinkedIn post.

Prior to joining GE Aerospace, Vaidyanathan spent 11.5 years at Weber Shandwick, where he held leadership responsibilities across client partnerships, communications strategy and team development. He wrapped up his stint at the communications agency last month.

In his new role, RV will lead communications for GE Aerospace in India at a pivotal time for the country’s aerospace and aviation ecosystem. With India strengthening its position across engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), and global aviation supply chains, the role will focus on strengthening the company’s communications and reputation as it continues to engage with this evolving landscape.

Before Weber Shandwick, he worked with Perfect Relations, The Aidmatrix Foundation and APEX InfraDevelopers Pvt. Ltd.
