Veteran business journalist Rajkumar Leishemba has joined Renault India’s communications department, bringing extensive experience in covering the automotive industry.
Rajkumar joins Renault after a long stint with the Press Trust of India (PTI), where he served as Associate Editor and was part of the agency’s Economic Bureau in New Delhi.
Over the course of his journalism career, he closely tracked the Indian automobile industry, covering corporate strategy, new product launches, technology partnerships and regulatory developments.
His move comes at a crucial time for Renault as the automaker prepares for its next phase of growth in India, with an expanded product portfolio and the return of the Duster set to strengthen its presence in the market.
