Saksham Gupta has joined Mahindra & Mahindra Limited as Deputy Manager in the Marketing Communications team, working across the company’s Automotive and Farm Equipment businesses.
He announced the move on LinkedIn, marking a shift from agency-side communications to an in-house role with one of India’s major automotive and mobility companies.
Sharing the announcement, Gupta said, “I’m excited to share that I’ve joined the Marketing Communications team at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business]
My journey in communications has given me the opportunity to work with some of India’s most iconic automotive brands, including Mercedes-Benz India, Volkswagen India, Stellantis India, and JSW MG Motor. Each experience has brought valuable lessons, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
I’m looking forward to this new chapter, learning, contributing, and being part of a brand that continues to shape the future of mobility in India.

Before joining Mahindra & Mahindra, he was Account Manager at Ruder Finn India. His agency-side experience also includes stints with FleishmanHillard and Ogilvy.
