Kinshuk Gupta has exited Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as Chief Communications Officer, around 10 months after joining. He joined TCS in November 2025, moving from the telecom sector to the technology industry after more than three years with Bharti Airtel.
At TCS, he was responsible for the company’s broader communications mandate, including internal and external communications, corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement. His departure comes less than a year into his tenure at TCS. The company has not publicly disclosed the reason for his exit.
Gupta is a communications professional with more than two decades of experience across corporate communications, reputation management, stakeholder engagement and leadership communications.
Before joining TCS, Gupta spent over three years at Bharti Airtel. Prior to that, he held senior communications and corporate affairs roles at GSK Consumer Healthcare, Max Healthcare, Edelman India, Hanmer MSL Communications, IPAN Hill & Knowlton and Vaishnavi Corporate Communications.
