Mahesh Motwani moves on from Initiative Media India

Mahesh Motwani has announced his departure from Initiative Media India via a LinkedIn post.
He served as the Executive Vice President at the agency and has been with Initiative Media since December 2001.
In his post, Motwani reflected on his nearly 25-year career in the media industry, expressing gratitude towards his family, team, mentors, and clients.
He plans to embark on a new professional journey starting September 1, 2023, with an open mindset for new challenges.

“Hello Zindagi summarises a Life of almost 25 years lived (not spent) in Lintas/IPG and now Omnicom. I have worked, eaten, taken bath, done yoga and slept here - supported by a Family of thousands and more importantly my wife, children and parents who almost never got to see me but took it in their stride.
I am Thankful and Grateful to My Team has stood by me, Always Always Always every minute and in every circumstance ; My seniors in the company who have mentored and given me the freedom to grow professionally and as a person; my Clients who have put their confidence in me and been a huge source of support and strength.

As I enter a new phase from1st Sept with an open mind and an open sky too I reset my compass for new destinations and fresh challenges,” he wrote in the post.

Motwani was associated with Initiative Media India since December 2001. Before that, he was with Lintas Media Group.
