Pinaki Bhattacharya, Chief Strategy Officer at VML, has announced his departure from the company after close to 16 years of service. The announcement was made via a LinkedIn post in which Bhattacharya reflected on his long tenure and expressed gratitude to colleagues and mentors.
Bhattacharya described his tenure as ‘a fabulous run’, adding that it was shaped largely by the people he worked with and the teams he was part of.
He concluded by stating that he does not intend to announce his next professional move in the immediate future.
Prior to his long stint at VML, Bhattacharya worked at Saatchi & Saatchi as Senior Vice President – Planning for over a year. His earlier career includes roles at Draft FCB Ulka, JWT, and TBWA/Anthem.
