Kinnect, one of the youngest agencies under Omnicom Advertising India with strong digital expertise, is entering a new stage of growth and expansion.

To support this growth, the agency has promoted Ankit Banga to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Banga will focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening processes, and building a more flexible and future-ready organisation.

Speaking about his appointment, Ankit Banga said that as the agency continues to grow, the priority is to create systems that can manage increasing complexity while maintaining speed and quality. He added that the goal is to enable smoother collaboration across teams and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work.

As part of its leadership expansion, Kinnect has also appointed Gaurav Dudeja as Chief Business Officer (CBO). Previously the CEO of FCB Interface, Dudeja will now be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and bringing together the agency’s various capabilities.

Commenting on his new role, Gaurav Dudeja said that Kinnect has achieved strong business and creative growth in recent years. He noted that the agency’s commitment to client success and its integrated approach to marketing were key reasons behind his decision to join. He added that his focus will be on improving collaboration across teams and ensuring clients receive greater value through connected solutions.

Neville Shah, Chief Creative Officer at Kinnect, said that today’s consumers can easily identify marketing that feels forced or inauthentic. According to him, brands must earn attention by being useful, relevant, and culturally meaningful. He emphasised that integration has become more important than ever in maintaining the strength and consistency of an idea across different platforms and customer touchpoints.

Chandni Shah, CEO of Kinnect and 22feet, said that the industry is increasingly moving towards integrated solutions rather than isolated services. She added that being part of Omnicom Advertising India gives Kinnect access to a larger network while allowing it to stay focused on solving business challenges through connected thinking. According to her, the agency’s next phase will be centred on growth, collaboration, and delivering meaningful impact for clients.
