Srini Naladala has announced his departure from General Mills after nearly 17 years with the company, where he most recently served as Director - Innovation, Technology and Quality. He shared the news in a heartfelt LinkedIn post, reflecting on his long journey and expressing gratitude to the people who shaped his career.

In his post, Naladala said General Mills played a defining role in his professional and personal growth. Over the years, he took on responsibilities across science, technology, innovation, quality, brands, businesses and markets, while representing Global Emerging Markets and leading cross-functional teams.

"Nearly 17 years later, it is time to say goodbye to General Mills. And that is harder to write than I expected. General Mills is where I grew as a professional, a leader and a person. It gave me opportunities across science, technology, innovation, quality, brands, businesses and markets", the LinkedIn post read.

Reflecting on his time at the company, Naladala said the relationships he built mattered more than the roles or projects. He thanked the managers who believed in him, business leaders who trusted him, colleagues who challenged him, and the teams he had the privilege to lead.

"Thank you for the trust, the support and the friendships," he wrote, expressing appreciation for the experiences and connections he gained during his tenure. Naladala has not yet announced his next professional move.
