HT Media Limited has made changes to its postal ballot notice, which the company has informed the stock exchanges. The company stated that the postal ballot notice issued on January 28, 2026, has been amended.

Sanket Jain, the scrutinizer appointed to oversee the postal ballot and e-voting process, unfortunately passed away. Following this, the company's board of directors appointed a new scrutinizer on February 10, 2026.

Now, Dhawal Kant Singh, or in his absence, Kabindra Jha, a partner at DS Associates, will oversee the postal ballot and e-voting process. Both have agreed to accept this responsibility.

The company clarified that the changes have been made only to Notes 6 and 7 of the postal ballot notice. All other terms and conditions and information remain the same.

Corporate and institutional shareholders must send the documents of their authorized representatives and a scanned copy of the board resolution to the scrutinizer's email address. They can also upload these to the e-voting portal. E-voting is available from February 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., to March 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

The company said that this corrigendum (correction notice) has been sent to all the registered shareholders through electronic means and it has also been uploaded on the official website of the company.
