Ventes Avenues Pvt. Ltd., an adtech and digital marketing firm, has announced a strategic shift in its business focus, prioritising first-party data partnerships, connected TV (CTV) ecosystems, premium media inventory and the development of its own marketing technology solutions.
According to a company statement, the move reflects broader changes in the digital advertising industry, where brands are increasingly emphasising privacy-compliant data use, transparent media buying and measurable results across multiple platforms.
Leadership Update
As part of the transition, Co-Founder and Partner Niloufer Dundh has exited the company after completing mutually agreed exit processes. The company acknowledged her role in building the organisation during its early years.
The firm will now continue under the leadership of Balamurugan Mani and Fauzan Abdul Rahim, who are guiding Ventes Avenues toward a more product-driven model with stronger technology integration.
Commenting on the shift, Mani said the advertising ecosystem is evolving toward greater accountability, transparency and ownership of data. He added that the company aims to help brands build structured first-party data systems while enabling access to premium inventory and technology-led campaign execution that can deliver measurable growth.
Rahim noted that influencer and creator marketing can no longer function as a standalone activity. Instead, it needs to be integrated with broader media and performance strategies. He said the company is developing technology that allows brands to manage creators, media deployment and campaign measurement within a single structured framework.
