Access to the YouTube channel 4PM was restricted following a complaint related to national security concerns.
The channel is run by Sr. Journalist Sanjay Sharma.
As per reports, the channel was taken down after the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting intervened, citing grounds of national security.
The report further states that Sharma intends to seek legal recourse to challenge the action. He expressed concern over what he described as increasing restrictions on independent digital media voices in India.
YouTube has not issued any official public statement regarding the matter so far.
