The theme of the Conclave this year is Brands & Consumers: The New Connections.
The conclave will include two panel discussions; the topic for the first panel discussion is 'Challenges in Creating Experiences & Building Relationship with Consumers'.

How are brands now engaging with consumers through the entire product cycle: through manufacturing, design, distribution, and even the user experience after the sale?
