Namita Jadhav, Vice President – Corporate Communications at JioStar, is moving on from the company. Industry sources indicate that her last working day will be April 1 as she serves her notice period.
Jadhav is a seasoned corporate communications and reputation management leader with more than 25 years of experience across India’s media and entertainment sector.
At JioStar, she most recently served as Vice President – Corporate Communications (Enterprise, Sports and Policy communications), a role she assumed in November 2025 after serving as Director in the same function.
Her stint at JioStar followed a long tenure with The Walt Disney Company in India, where she spent nearly 19 years in various communications leadership roles.
Over the years, Jadhav has advised CEOs and senior leadership teams on reputation risk, crisis governance, executive positioning and enterprise narrative during periods of transformation, regulatory scrutiny and heightened public attention.
Her work has spanned large sports ecosystems, mergers and high-stakes reputation challenges, policy and regulatory communications within the media industry.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Weber Shandwick India, where she served as Group Head between 2000 and 2007.
Her next move is not yet known.
