Rohini Laya Venkateswaran has announced on LinkedIn that she has been appointed Executive Director at Gillette India Pvt. Ltd.
She brings more than 20 years of experience with Procter & Gamble, currently serving as Chief Sales Officer for the Indian Subcontinen. She has also managed P&L responsibilities for East Arabia markets, including Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.
Over the course of her career, she has worked in customer leadership, brand management and general management roles, with experience spanning brands such as Olay, Old Spice and Ambipur.
Throughout her tenure, she has focused on strategic leadership, productivity and inclusion, and has been recognised among the 40 most inspiring women leaders in the Middle East.
