Senior television journalist and popular news anchor Anuraag Muskaan, associated with Zee Media, is once again at the centre of industry discussions, with speculation growing about the status of his contract.

According to reports, Muskaan’s current contract is reportedly set to expire on March 31 this year. This has led to questions about whether the channel management will extend his tenure or decide on a new direction.

Industry insiders note that his contract has been extended in the past, which has fuelled expectations that Zee Media may once again consider retaining him, given his experience and on-air presence. There has been no official confirmation from the organisation regarding any decision.

Muskaan is widely recognised in television journalism, particularly for his strong command over political and current affairs debates. He joined Zee Media in May 2024. He has been hosting the well-known debate programmes “Taal Thok Ke” and “Desh Hit” on Zee News.

With over two decades of experience, Muskaan has worked with several prominent media organisations, including Jain TV, ETV Urdu, Sahara Samay, Star News, Rajya Sabha TV, India TV, India News, and ABP News. During his time at ABP News, he anchored the prime-time show “Ghanti Bajao”. Earlier in his career, he also served as Managing Director at Superhit Films Pvt. Ltd.
