Apollo Tyres has appointed Ravi Kumar Shingari as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 4, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company's board at its meeting held on Wednesday.
Shingari joined Apollo Tyres in 2018 and is currently Vice President – Accounts, Tax, Budgeting, Finance, Legal & Investor Relations. In his current role, he has taken on progressively broader responsibilities across finance and associated corporate functions.
Before joining Apollo Tyres, he spent over 16 years with KPMG India, where he served as a Partner in Tax and Regulatory, specialising in international taxation and mergers and acquisitions.
Shingari has over two decades of experience across corporate finance, taxation and regulatory advisory.
