Namita Bharadwaj has been elevated to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Pernod Ricard India. Bharadwaj confirmed the development in a LinkedIn post.
Bharadwaj has been associated with Pernod Ricard India for nearly four years. Prior to her elevation, she served as Head – Total Rewards, Performance, Analytics and Digital Experience.
Before joining Pernod Ricard India, she worked as Principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Earlier in her career, she held roles with Vertex Data Science, People Factor and Quark.
