Solfin has appointed Anil Rathore as Head of Human Resources.
Rathore joins the organisation with close to four decades of experience in human resources and organisational leadership. His expertise spans talent management, leadership development, organisational transformation, culture building and strategic workforce planning across the banking, financial services, housing finance, real estate and defence sectors.
Most recently, he served as Head – Human Resources, Administration & Learning at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company. Before that, he worked as an independent HR Consultant
Earlier in his career, Rathore held senior HR leadership roles within the Indiabulls Group. He also worked at ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) and ICICI Bank.
Rathore began his professional journey with the Indian Navy, serving for more than two decades in leadership and manpower planning roles.
