Honasa Consumer Limited has appointed Dheeraj Nagpal and Madhur Acharya as part of its plans to build and expand new business categories.

Nagpal has joined the company to lead and develop new categories. He brings more than 15 years of experience in growth strategy, partnerships, and consumer businesses. Before joining Honasa, he was Co-founder of wellness startup Zingavita, where he handled brand strategy, marketing, and product development. He has also worked with companies such as Zomato and American Express.

Speaking about his new role, Nagpal said he is excited to join Honasa during an important growth phase. He added that the company’s ability to identify changing consumer trends and build strong consumer-focused brands makes this an exciting opportunity for him.

Acharya has joined Honasa to help create and grow a new category focused on changing consumer needs and digital-first behaviour. He has over 12 years of experience in building digital-first brands across beauty, lifestyle, and e-commerce sectors.

Before joining Honasa, he worked as Vice President – E-commerce at Lenskart, where he played a role in scaling brands such as Aqualens. He has also led marketing at WOW Skin Science and contributed to the early e-commerce growth of Forest Essentials.

Acharya said he is looking forward to helping build the next generation of consumer brands at Honasa and contributing to the company’s future growth.
