Lenexis Foodworks, the parent company of Chinese Wok, Big Bowl, and The Momo Co., has appointed Arvind R P as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Arvind brings over 25 years of cross-sector leadership experience spanning QSR, FMCG, beauty, fashion, and auto.
Prior to joining Lenexis Foodworks, Arvind served as Chief Business Officer (South) at McDonald’s India. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale initiatives spanning brand building, category innovation, full-funnel digital transformation, and developing high-performance teams.
At Lenexis Foodworks, Arvind will lead the company’s next phase of accelerated growth — scaling its portfolio brands, strengthening operational excellence, and building a future-ready organisation.
