Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), a FMCG conglomerate and multi-business corporation, has appointed Subrat Chakravarty as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Corporate. Chakravarty will lead the group’s HR function and drive its people and process transformation agenda.

Chakravarty brings over three decades of diverse human resources experience across leading global organisations. He has worked with HCL Technologies, Aon Hewitt, L&T Infotech, IPCL and Bata India.

Chakravarty’s expertise spans global HR operations, talent management and organisational design, with a focus on aligning people, purpose and performance for sustainable growth, while integrating HR technology, data analytics and human judgement into strategic decision-making.
