Radisson Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Sakshi Sehdev Dogra as Director of Marketing and Communications for South Asia, supporting the group’s continued growth across the region.

Sakshi brings more than two decades of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, and brand communications. She has managed large regional and multi-brand portfolios across India and Eurasia. In her new role, she will oversee marketing and communications strategies for Radisson Hotel Group in South Asia, focusing on brand messaging, digital platforms, public relations, loyalty programmes, and commercial initiatives that align closely with hotel owners’ goals.

Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, Sakshi served as Head of Sales and Marketing for the Eurasia region at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Best Western Hotels & Resorts and The Lalit Hotels, along with experience at Marriott Hotels India, where she developed strong capabilities in B2B sales, MICE, and national accounts.

Commenting on the appointment, Nikhil Sharma, Managing Director and COO for South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group, said Sakshi’s extensive experience across leading hospitality brands and her results-driven marketing approach make her a strong addition to the leadership team. He added that her role will be important in strengthening the brand and supporting the company’s next stage of expansion in South Asia.

Sharing her thoughts, Sakshi said she is excited to join Radisson Hotel Group at a time of strong regional growth. She added that her focus will be on delivering integrated marketing and communication strategies that blend creativity, digital strength, and commercial focus to increase brand visibility, deepen guest engagement, and support long-term business growth.
