Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced the appointment of Shuchi Suri as Executive Vice President – Mahindra Experiences, effective 14 May 2026. In her new role, she will also be part of the company’s senior management personnel.
Based in Mumbai, Suri will take ownership for the Mahindra Adventure team in the Auto business and the Experiences team at Mahindra Holidays. According to the regulatory filing, she will report to Dr Anish Shah.
Suri joins Mahindra & Mahindra after a 22-year global career with Unilever, where she held several leadership roles across India, the Asia-Pacific region and global headquarters in the United Kingdom. Most recently, she served as Global Vice President for Homecare.
She is recognised for her expertise in brand strategy, consumer segmentation, portfolio transformation, premium innovation, and digital-first marketing partnerships.
