Since Enso Group’s inception in 2005, Maloo has been an active member, beginning with business development and strategy before moving on to operations in the energy vertical and later leading the marketing efforts in India. Over time, he expanded his role to become not just a corporate leader but also the President of Enso Foundation, reflecting his commitment to a wider set of responsibilities beyond business.
His academic path is marked by global exposure. Maloo earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University (2009). He went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (2013). That same year, he began an Executive MBA at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, but chose to return to India to fully dedicate himself to Enso Group’s growth.
Alongside his leadership at Enso Group, Maloo has also held positions such as Executive Director at Enso Exotech, Executive Director & CEO at Enso Weevolks, and senior roles in Enso Oils & Lubricants. Earlier experiences, including internships at Morgan Stanley and Evalueserve, as well as his entrepreneurial stint at Tour de India, gave him valuable insight into finance, markets, and enterprise.
Beyond the boardroom, Maloo has contributed to thought leadership as the author of The Business of Life and An Indian Manifesto: A Vision for Tomorrow's India, underlining his ability to merge business pragmatism with broader ideas.
