Max Fashion with an endeavour to brighten up Durga Pujo for children aims to donate new clothes to over 5,000 children from different NGOs. It has also asked citizens of Kolkata to come forward and donate new clothes at their stores.

The Wall of Kindness will be inaugurated on the day of Mahalaya, which begins the festivities for Durga Pujo. The 1,800 feet long “Wall of Kindness’ will display the clothes before being handed over to the kids on Mahalaya day.

Talking about the initiative, Rajib Mukherjee, AVP Operations East & Central India, Max said, “We are delighted to make the Wall of Kindness for the children of Bengal. We all love to gift new clothes to our family and friends ahead of the festive season. Everybody is not so fortunate enough to receive such gifts. In this connect, we have decided to gift kids with new clothes. We wholeheartedly urge our customers and general public to participate and lend a smile to kids.”
