House of Cheer has certified CereOne Media Pvt. Ltd. as Happiest Places to Work®, recognising the company's commitment to building a people-first workplace where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.

The Happiest Places to Work® certification is a research-led workplace assessment that evaluates organisations based on authentic employee feedback across key dimensions including leadership, trust, collaboration, growth opportunities, workplace culture and employee well-being. The certification recognises organisations that consistently create positive employee experiences while fostering long-term organisational success.

As part of the certification process, employees across CereOne Media's offices in Mumbai, Gurugram and Bengaluru participated in an independent workplace assessment. The company recorded a 100% participation rate, reflecting strong employee engagement and a culture that encourages openness and honest feedback.

The assessment highlighted several strengths of CereOne Media's workplace culture, including approachable leadership, collaborative teams, opportunities for continuous learning, and an environment where employees feel supported in their professional development.

Speaking on the recognition, Harish Patil, Co-Founder, CereOne Media, said: "At CereOne, we've always believed that culture isn't built through policies alone, it's built through everyday interactions, trust and shared purpose. This certification is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our people. As we continue to grow, our focus will remain on creating an environment where every individual feels valued, heard and empowered to do their best work."

Deepak Karnani, Co-Founder & Director, CereOne Media, added: "We've built CereOne with the belief that business growth and people growth go hand in hand. Over the years, we've invested in creating opportunities for learning, collaboration and ownership because we believe great work comes from teams that feel supported and inspired. Receiving the Happiest Places to Work® certification is an encouraging milestone, and it motivates us to keep raising the bar for our employees' experience."

Congratulating the company, Raj Nayak, Director, House of Cheer Networks, said: "Harish and Deepak have built an organisation with a strong culture rooted in collaboration, openness and people-first values.
