BARC India's Jagdeep Dighe passes away
Dighe was instrumental in setting up the audience measurement body along with former BARC India CEO, Partho Dasgupta
It has been reported that BARC India's Vice President of Marcom and Business Development, Jagdeep Dighe has passed away yesterday in Mumbai.
Dighe, 54, had been associated with BARC India since its inception and was instrumental in setting up the audience measurement body along with former BARC India CEO, Partho Dasgupta. According to reports, Dighe is usually credited with crafting BARC's tagline, 'Solving the puzzle'.
Dighe was Senior Vice President of Client Servicing with Sony Pictures Networks India for more than 13 years. Prior to that, he was Senior Manager of Marketing Services at Zee TV. He also worked for more than 5 years as a brand manager at Indian Express.
