Shilpi Dasgupta has joined Tata Capital as Assistant Vice President – Corporate Communications, based in Mumbai. In her new role, Dasgupta will be responsible for strengthening the company's corporate communications agenda, driving media relations, executive positioning, thought leadership, and reputation management initiatives.

Dasgupta brings more than 13 years of experience in communications and media relations, having worked across technology, BFSI, fintech, and corporate sectors. Throughout her career, she has led strategic communications programs focused on shaping thought leadership, building executive visibility, and managing corporate reputation.
Prior to joining Tata Capital, Dasgupta served as AVP – Marketing and PR at Zopper. During her tenure, she led public relations and marketing initiatives, corporate reputation management efforts, content development for senior executives, and communication campaigns for products and new business initiatives.
Before Zopper, she held multiple communications roles at Edelman and Weber Shandwick, where she worked with clients across industries on integrated communications, media engagement, and brand-building strategies.
