Vineet Kumar Kapila has been named as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Svarn Group, marking a new phase in his career. The appointment marks Kapila’s return to Svarn Group, where he previously served as Senior Business Consultant across two stints between 2019 and 2023.
Kapila announced his appointment through a post on LinkedIn, where he expressed his excitement about taking up the new role at Svarn Group.

With more than 36 years of professional experience, Kapila has worked across FMCG, retail, media and consulting. His diverse industry exposure spans marketing and business functions, giving him experience across different consumer and corporate environments. In the past, he has held leadership positions with organisations including Godfrey Phillips India, Rivoli Group, e& UAE and Archies.
In his new role at Svarn Group, Kapila will be responsible for leading the company's marketing function and supporting its brand and business growth initiatives.
