Tushar Banerjee has quit ABP Network and joined Bloomberg News. The news has been shared by Banerjee in a LinkedIn post.

“I joined Bloomberg News today, and I will be working closely with the incredible BN editorial team in India.

For someone who has spent 17 years in journalism, there are few honours bigger than this. Bloomberg is the gold standard of business and financial journalism worldwide, a newsroom of over 2,700 journalists and analysts across some 120 countries, powering coverage that moves markets and shapes decisions every single day. To now be a small part of that machine, and to help tell India's growth story to the world through it, is genuinely special. The move comes after seven very special years at ABP Network. It was a stint that stretched me in the best possible ways, across eight language newsrooms, platform partnerships and everything digital. I will always be grateful for it,” he wrote in the post.

At ABP, Banerjee was Vice President-Digital. He was with the company for almost seven years.

In the past, he has worked with NDTV.
