Gwalior Nagar Palika Nigam invites tenders for displaying ads on outdoor properties

The Nagar Palik Nigam, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh), has invited sealed tenders from interested agencies, firms and companies for displaying ads on unipoles and hoardings located at different sites in nine advertising zones under its jurisdiction.

Gwalior Nagar Palika Nigam invites tenders for displaying ads on outdoor properties

The Nagar Palika Nigam, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh), has invited sealed tenders from interested agencies, firms and companies for displaying ads on unipoles and hoardings located at different sites in nine advertising zones under its jurisdiction. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for each zone is Rs 10,000. The contract shall be awarded for a period of three years.

A total of 610 hoardings and 99 unipoles are being offered under this contract for the nine advertising zones, with each zone being treated as a separate tender. The applicants shall be required to submit separate tenders for each zone.

The respective minimum offset prices for these nine zones has been kept as Rs 3.60 lakh, Rs 3.60 lakh, Rs 2.70 lakh, Rs 2.16 lakh, Rs 3.60 lakh, Rs 3.38 lakh, Rs 3.60 lakh, Rs 1.26 lakh and Rs 2.25 lakh, respectively.

Under the terms, the successful bidders shall be allowed to install hoardings of five sizes.

The EMD will have to be deposited in the form of a demand draft/ FDR/ NSC drawn in favour of the commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Gwalior, along with the offer.

Duly completed tenders will have to be submitted in the office of Nagar Nigam, Jivaji chowk, Gwalior by 4 pm on November 15, 2010. The tenders will be opened on November 18, 2010 at 2 pm.
