Daily Hunt to relocate office in B’luru to cut rental cost

VerSe Innovation’s DailyHunt will be vacating its current office space in Bengaluru’s Bellandur area to save Rs 60 lakh monthly rent.
The company said the move will also improve operations.
The office accommodates 700 employees and as per media reports costs the company Rs 1.2–1.3 crore per month.
Daily Hunt has said that it will be relocating its office.
It was reported in May that VerSe is laying off 350 employees as part of its plan to push for artificial intelligence and streamline operations.
VerSe Innovation reported a total revenue of Rs 1,261 crore in FY24 from Rs 1,809 crore in FY23, down by 30.3%. According to its press release, the company’s EBITDA was reduced by 51% during the last fiscal year, dropping from Rs 1,448 crore in FY23 to Rs 710 crore in FY24.
