However, does that also translate in brand love or more sales for the brand? The row over Baba Ramdev’s Coronil medicine has put the spotlight once again on whether controversies help in selling a brand and bringing a brand out of obscurity.
In the third episode of IMPACT’s weekly webinar series Creative Talks, experts from the industry will come together to discuss the topic - 'Does controversy help a brand sell?' The objective of the discussion is to find out whether controversies impact a brand’s sales positively. The webinar will debate if the benefits of the controversy are temporary and leave a negative impact on the brand in the long run.
