Solutions, an integrated marketing services company, has recently launched an innovative CRM solution. The software called Fulfillment Xchange, attempts to manage the customer response generated from brand promotion schemes, incentives and loyalty programmes.
Targeted at companies operating with a large consumer or dealer base, the Fulfillment Xchange has potential for applications in industries such as financial services, banks and insurance, FMCG and durables, automobiles, IT and telecom and apparels etc. It serves as an integrated online solution for handling all back-end systems for schemes, incentives, loyalty programmes and promos. It attempts total coordination in the ideation, implementation and the evaluation processes for marketing activities.
"The system is backed by a dedicated on-the-ground team which takes care of processes such as processing entry forms, sourcing exciting merchandise from companies, packing and delivery logistics, and customized reporting of the status of activities," claims Srikant Sastri, managing director of Solutions.
He further adds that FX allows marketing professionals to focus on their core business with the guarantee that the customers will receive products, incentives or literature on time. Depending upon the needs, it can be customized to meet the demands of a variety of marketing programmes. It keeps track of each programme on a daily basis, from launch to fulfillment.
FX is the latest product from Solution's suite of technology-enabled marketing tools including Merchandise Xchange, Events Xchange, Sales Xchange and Collateral Xchange targeted at the various needs of the marketing professionals.
