Festive shopping spending may also see a 47% boost compared to last year, according to Disney+ Hotstar’s Festive Shopping Sentiment Survey. Top categories will include e clothing, mobiles, food, and beauty products.

India’s influencer marketing industry is also poised to hit Rs 5,500 crore in 2024, according to the Influencer Marketing Report 2024 from Influencer.in, reflecting the growing importance of social media creators as brands increasingly allocate significant portions of their marketing budgets to influencer campaigns.
