Global advertising powerhouse WPP paid a poignant tribute to the late Piyush Pandey by symbolically striking off the initials “PP” from their name. The gesture reflects the deep respect and admiration the advertising community holds for Pandey, whose creativity and vision shaped some of India’s most iconic campaigns.

Colleagues and industry leaders have described him as a mentor, innovator, and a guiding force whose influence transcended generations. WPP’s tribute is a testament to the enduring legacy of a man who redefined Indian advertising with his storytelling, simplicity, and human touch.

Pandey passed away on Friday morning. His cremation was reportedly held on Saturday, October 25, at 11am, Shivaji Park Crematorium in Mumbai.
