Publicis Groupe’s new service promises to meet client's KPIs or offer full refund
Publicis’ data company Epsilon will be powering the new service named The Pact
Publicis Groupe has launched The Pact, a new service that guarantees clients about delivering on KPIs such as sales, customer acquisitions and return on digital marketing investment. Failing to do so, it also promises to offer a 100% refund to clients on the agency fee and media spend.

The service is for midsize companies, with revenues between £10m and $1bn. Many of these businesses are adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. According to CEO of Publicis New York and CSO of Publicis Groupe Carla Serrano, one in four leaders of these mid-sized businesses are apprehensive that they may not be successful at mitigating the risk of the pandemic due to increased pressure on cash and working capital.
There will be no conditions or expectations on brands, but each deal will be crafted in accordance with the client’s KPIs. The Groupe has been testing out this strategy for months, and will be rolled out first in the UK in the coming months.For more updates, be socially connected with us on
