BARC Week 52: Trivago tops Top 10 Brands
In the Top 10 Advertisers list, FMCG brand Hindustan Lever and ITC Ltd continued to lead
Trivago soared high by leading the Top 10 Brands with 12,189 insertions. Clinic Plus Shampoo and Dove Cream Bathing Bar also climbed to second and fifth position with 11,688 and 10,245 insertions respectively.
HP Racer and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare maintained their third and fourth spot with 10,271 and 10,262 insertions.
Meanwhile telecom brand Airtel Prepaid Promise stepped up to sixth spot with improved 10,196 insertions.
E-commerce major Amazon which led the category last week dropped to sixth spot with 9875 insertions. Videocon d2h also saw a similar shift to eighth spot with 9417 insertions from week 51’s second spot.
Pears entered the list at ninth spot with 8524 insertions while Vimal Elaichi Pan Masala held on to its tenth spot with 8007 insertions.
In the Top 10 Advertisers list, FMCG brand Hindustan Lever and ITC Ltd continued to top the list with 1,62,961 and 37,386 insertions respectively. Brooke Bond Lipton India, Patanjali Ayurved and Ponds India climbed up to third, fourth and sixth position with 32,049, 28,866 and 22,375 insertions respectively.
Procter and Gamble and Amazon India retained their fifth and seventh spot with 23818 and 19,127 insertions respectively.
Reckitt Benckiser (India) and Cadbury’s India dramatically slipped from previous week’s third and fourth spot to seventh and ninth spot with 19,127 and 16,093 insertions respectively.
SBS Biotech made an entry at tenth spot with 15,895 insertions.
