How do you feel being part of this renowned list of 40 Under 40 leaders?
It’s truly an honour to be recognized among such inspiring peers. This acknowledgment reinforces my belief in the power of purpose-driven storytelling. For me, it’s not just a personal milestone—it’s a celebration of the many voices I’ve had the privilege to amplify: beneficiaries, partners, and communities whose resilience continues to inspire me.
Being on this list is a powerful reminder that creativity, and a commitment to impact truly belong at the heart of leadership. It reminds me that shifting an industry isn’t about fitting into moulds; it’s about staying rooted in purpose and letting that foundation carry you forward. When you’re driven by creativity, passion, and hard work, no box, no sector, and no barrier can contain your potential.
What are the top 3 skills you believe are essential in today’s professional landscape?
Empathy: The ability to truly understand and connect with people is essential in today’s evolving workplace. Empathy drives inclusion, innovation, and long-term impact.
Strategic Communication: Whether you’re leading a team, navigating change, or influencing stakeholders, clear, purposeful, and authentic communication is key.
Innovation, Adaptability, and Creativity: The willingness to challenge norms, embrace change, and find new ways to engage is more crucial than ever. From leveraging digital platforms to reimagining global employee engagement, I’m always looking for creative solutions that drive results and meaning.
What emerging trends or technologies do you believe will shape your industry in the next 5–10 years?
- AI-powered storytelling will transform how we craft, personalize, and scale communication strategies.
- Data-driven impact measurement will become central, especially in CSR, as stakeholders demand transparency and proof of meaningful change.
- Immersive and sustainable digital platforms, including AR/VR, will enable more intimate, emotionally resonant experiences around purpose-driven work.
- Inclusive and accessible storytelling will become non-negotiable—language, platforms, and experiences must be designed to reflect and reach everyone, leaving no one behind
How do you define leadership in the modern workplace?
Modern leadership is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the ability to inspire meaningful action. It’s about listening deeply, building trust, and creating space for others to grow and lead.
A great leader today isn’t just results-driven—they’re purpose-driven. They champion inclusion, foster connection, and lead with both head and heart.
What are your future plans? What’s one lesson you want to pass on to young professionals?
I aspire to lead global CSR initiatives that go beyond storytelling to catalyze real, scalable, and sustainable change. I also hope to mentor the next generation of storytellers and changemakers, helping them find their voice and use it for good.
The one lesson I’d share: Never underestimate the power of purpose. In a world that moves fast and values scale, stay grounded in what matters most to you. When your work aligns with your values, it becomes more than a career—it becomes a legacy.
Personally and professionally, I strive to embrace sustainable practices and protect our planet. Through storytelling, I hope to spark change, raise awareness, and keep shining a light on what truly matters.
