Neeta Sharma has joined The Standard India as Head of Communications, where she will lead the company's communication strategy with a focus on strengthening organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and enhancing employer branding to attract top technology talent.

Sharma announced the development in a LinkedIn post, sharing that she had joined the organization in February. “A few months into the role, and I am pleased to share that I joined The Standard India as Head of Communications in February. Happy to be on this journey with the team from the early days, and excited to see where it takes us.”

A seasoned communications professional, Sharma brings extensive experience in employee and internal communications. Prior to joining The Standard India, she served as Vice President, Employee Communication at Swiss Re, where she spent nearly four years leading communication initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and organizational alignment.

Over the course of her career, she has also held communications roles at Reckitt and Verizon, helping simplify internal communications and develop messaging strategies that resonated with employees across diverse teams.
