Reedisha Rathi has joined Fortune India as Lead of Content & IPs, marking her next move in the media, content and monetisation ecosystem.

She announced the development via a LinkedIn post, describing the role as a convergence of her experience across storytelling, brand partnerships and scalable intellectual properties that drive both narrative and revenue.

At Fortune India, part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, Rathi will focus on building and scaling content-led IPs while driving integrated brand solutions. Her mandate sits at the intersection of editorial, audience engagement and monetisation, an area that has become central to growth strategies for media companies.

Rathi said she looks forward to “shaping platforms that not only engage audiences but also create meaningful value for brands and businesses,” and to building “something powerful and enduring” under the leadership of Sahil Shetty. She also acknowledged Shweta Murgai and the team for a smooth onboarding.

Prior to this, Rathi was with Forbes India, where she served as Region Head – West & East and earlier as Region Head – West between February and October 2025. In these roles, she was responsible for revenue generation across print, digital and IPs, working on integrated solutions for advertisers and driving monetisation across platforms.

Before that, she spent over three years at ShareChat as Senior Lead Strategist – Brand Studio. There, she worked on optimising sales funnel strategies through a solutions-led approach, focusing on branded content and platform-driven marketing innovations.

In earlier roles spearheading business development and sales, Rathi has worked with Dainik Bhaskar, Times News Network, Zee Group and NDTV. She has extensive experience across the digital realm, spanning branded content, intellectual properties, television, print and exhibitions, and brings a strong understanding of audience behaviour while optimising brand visibility.
